ON SET: February 24th 2023, Dead Again Jayne music video
Alrite, monstermaniacs! MDH proudly presents, the first big one of 2023! Most of you have listened to the new Screem Writers Guild album and seen the new Dead Again Jayne music video, right? So now it’s time to take you behind the scenes and have a better look at some of the shots and set pieces!
I got an invitation from Mr. Lordi to visit the set when they filmed the band shots for the new video on Friday, February 24th 2023. This was the first time I got to see the recently finished new costumes in person and to take some brand new photos of them. The whole studio floor was decorated and lit to look like a set from an 1980s horror anthology TV show and it looked freaking awesome! As was the previous proper Lordi music video, Borderline, in October 2021, this too was written & directed by Mr. Lordi himself. And of course, I also got to assist in making of this video too in a few fun ways. For example, the Lordi symbol piece of jewellery shown in the video was provided by me!
Here’s my behind-the-scenes gallery from the music video shoot. I think I say this everytime I post a gallery of brand new photos, but these are hands down some of my all time favorite and best shots I’ve taken of the band and I hope you’ll love them too! Enjoy!
