ON TOUR: BBTBTE 2006, Annexet, Stockholm, Sweden 2/2
As promised last week, here’s part 2 of the Bringing Back The Balls To Europe 2006 opening night gallery from Annexet, Stockholm, Sweden on September 16th 2006. And it’s a big one! On this and the next gig in Gothenburg, the venues had merchandise vendors of their own, so I got to take a lot of photos. And here’s definitely some good ones! Some of these photos are my absolute favorites I took during The Arockalypse era. And by the way, only 45 of these opening night photos were on the original MDH website, so most of these, and last week’s photos, are never before seen! After the show, the band got awarded the Swedish gold record for selling more than 30.000 copies of The Arockalypse, and that’s featured in this gallery too!
This gig was later released on DVD by Swedish publisher LiveZone as Bringing Back The Balls To Stockholm 06 - The Opening Night. The DVD was edited and is missing the songs Biomechanic Man, Kita’s drum solo and The Deadite Girls Gone Wild.
